1. About the service and the Operator

Nasib is a serious-introductions service for people seeking to start a family. A relative, a friend or the person themselves creates the profile; the profile owner personally confirms the information and their participation; for a one-time payment, the buyer receives a selection of three candidates with an explanation of the choice.

2. Who may use the service

Only persons who have reached the age of 18. A profile may not be created for a person under 18, even with the consent of their relatives.

The service is intended solely for finding a serious relationship and starting a family. Commercial, advertising and any other purposes are prohibited.

3. Account

Sign-up is by phone number, confirmed with a code (via the Telegram bot or SMS). You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all actions taken in your account.

One person, one account. You can delete your account in the “Account” section.

4. Roles and the owner’s consent

A representative (a relative or friend) may fill in a profile only if the owner has permitted their information to be shared. A representative may not give consent on the owner’s behalf.

A profile is included in matching only once the owner has personally confirmed the information and given their consents, and a moderator has approved it.

After confirmation, the profile is managed by the owner: the owner decides whether the representative may edit it and personally accepts or declines introductions.

5. Accuracy of information and moderation

Information and photos must be truthful and relate to the profile owner. Photos must show only the person themselves; group photos and photos of children are not allowed.

A moderator may request changes to, suspend, reject or delete a profile if the information is inaccurate or violates these Terms.

6. Matching and introductions

Matching takes into account the preferences of both sides. A trio consists of three different people; candidates already provided to a profile are not offered to it again.

The explanation of a match is based on the information in the profiles, including with the help of artificial intelligence (see “AI rules”). The astrologer and numerologist provide an interpretation for entertainment only, not a scientific assessment of compatibility.

An introduction request is sent only with the consent of the owner of the sending profile; the chat opens once the other side consents. Either side may block the chat and report it to a moderator.

7. Rules of communication

Insults, threats, advertising, requests for money, fraud and sharing other people’s data are prohibited. For violations, the profile may be suspended and the account blocked.

8. Payment

The price and payment procedure are set out in the “Payments and refunds” document.

9. Liability

The service helps you find suitable people, but does not guarantee that a family will be formed or any outcome of an introduction, and is not responsible for users’ conduct outside the service.
