Price
The first trio (three different candidates) for each profile is free; it opens immediately after the request.
Each subsequent trio for the same profile costs $100 USD, as a one-time payment. There is no subscription or automatic renewal. [to be specified: price in soums and exchange rate, if payment is in UZS].
How payment works
Before paying, you see the trio with blurred photos and the package terms. The request locks in that specific trio.
For a paid trio, you request an invoice: an administrator sends payment details or a payment link, which appear on the request page, and you receive a notification. Include the request number in the transfer comment. After making the transfer, click “I have paid”. An administrator verifies receipt, usually within one business day. [to be specified: recipient’s payment details; online payment once connected].
Once payment is confirmed, the clear photos and profiles of the three candidates, the pair report and the introduction request become available. If a candidate hid their profile before release, they will be replaced by the next suitable candidate.
The invoice must be paid within 72 hours; otherwise it is closed, and you can request a new one.
If there are fewer than three suitable profiles
No payment is charged. You can join the waitlist free of charge, and we will let you know when a trio is ready.
Refunds
[to be specified: cases in which a refund is possible (for example, if the trio was not released), deadlines, how to apply and the refund method]. The procedure must comply with consumer protection legislation [to be specified with a lawyer].
